FEE AGREEMENT

My sessional tutoring rate is :-

•Pay as you go - £25 per session (Payable online /by cash before session.).

•6 Session Block - £20 per session payable at time of booking -£120.00

•12 Session Block - £20 per session payable at time of booking 1 free session – only pay for 11 sessions - £220.00.

•18 Sessions Block - £20 per session payable at time of booking. - 2 free sessions – only pay for 16 sessions - £320.00

Each session lasts one hour and includes all  tutoring activities and materials plus a written report about progress.

All fees will be payable by cash, cheque or balance transfer in advance of the session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may reschedule your tutoring session with no penalty up to 1 hour before the scheduled session. However, if you do not attend a scheduled session, payment is due in full.

SCHEDULING

At least 1 regular weekly scheduled session is best. I offer flexible booking and all lessons can be booked direct with me.

TERMINATION

This tutoring agreement may be terminated at any time by either party.

If the agreement is terminated by the parent a 50% refund will be paid for all outstanding sessions.

If we end the tutoring relationship for some reason, a full refund will be paid for all outstanding sessions.
